The 20 questions
Gamblers Anonymous asks twenty questions. Most compulsive gamblers answer yes to seven or more. It takes two minutes, nobody sees your answers, and it is the most useful thing on this page if you are still telling yourself it is under control.
For families
If you are the partner, parent or child of someone in this, Gam-Anon and Al-Anon exist specifically for you. You are allowed to get help before they do.
This show is personal experience, not medical, clinical or legal advice. It is not a substitute for treatment from someone qualified to give it.
